Sports Club Partnerships



Created by Chris White, this friendly cycle club has a rapidly growing membership of keen local cyclists looking to get out and enjoy riding. Regular club rides take place during the week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and longer rides, usually with a cafe stop, take place at the weekend.


It has an open policy on membership and aims to provide a welcoming environment to all that wish to come and ride.


JGF Fitness has partnered with Palefish to help provide fitness traning to club members.

Mersey Tri was formed in 1985 by a group of enthusiastic swimmers, cyclists and
runners. Today, with a rapidly increasing interest in triathlon and the associated multi sports of aquathlon and duathlon, the club has grown to become one of the largest triathlon clubs in the country with a strong children’s group of members as well as a steadily increasing senior membership of men and women of all ages and abilities.



Based in Wirral this friendly club with 100+ members of all ages is ideal for novice runners seeking a good running club with lots of advice and experience or for more experienced runners who can make the most of the wide range of running events which are catered for (road, cross country, fell etc).


Active in regional leagues plus regular internal club handicap events and the tough Chairmans Challenge the club provides something for everyone. It's also home of the annual TUFFNUTZ which is an 11 mile endurance team race with TuffTasks to do on the way.

This friendly club, with a real family atmosphere, is always keen to welcome new faces and it caters for everyone from the elite athletes to those people who have never previously run. There is always someone for you to run with and help and advice is available for everyone, from those who simply want to run to keep fit, to the runners wanting to train for their first marathon or race in competitions.
Based in Wallasey in the North of Wirral , the club meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, see our website for more information about our sessions and location.
